Product Description
White crystalline powder, Acesulfame K is an artificial sugar substitute. Here, "K" stands for Potassium and so this product is also knows as Acesulfame Potassium or Ace K. In comparison with sucrose, it is 200 times sweeter. In general, it is blended with other artificial sweeteners to get a sucrose-like taste. Acesulfame K has smaller particle size, which makes it ideal to be mixed with other sweeteners to achieve uniformity. It has good stability under heat and conditions of intermediate acidic or basic nature. Toe the line, it is ideal for use as an additive in baking food items and others.
